Salesforce Administrator
Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.– Part-Time Contract (Remote, UK) We’re working with a well-established non-profit organisation that’s looking to bring in a Salesforce Administrator to support a major programme of work.
This is a fully remote contract running through to October 2027.
The focus of the role is a large-scale migration onto Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, alongside ongoing platform optimisation and support for business users.
What you’ll be doing: Supporting the migration to Nonprofit Cloud, including data, processes and user adoption Owning day-to-day administration of the platform (user management, permissions, data quality) Building and maintaining Flows to automate processes across fundraising, finance and operations Configuring the system (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports and dashboards) Supporting and optimising Findock for payments, donations and financial reconciliation Troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing platform support to end user What they’re looking for: Salesforce Administrator certification (SCA) Experience with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) Strong hands-on experience with Flows (including complex / multi-step automation) and Configuration skills Experience working on or supporting a Salesforce implementation or migration project Familiarity with Findock or similar payment integrations within Salesforce Good understanding of data management, reporting and user support Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and gathering requirements Additional details: Start: June Contract: Until end of October 2027 Location: Remote (UK-based) Sector: Non-profit Please note we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and unable to work with candidates who are on a Tier 2 Visa.
