What Youll Be Doing

As a key member of our sales team, youll be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth across multiple industries and markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and video calls
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to each clients needs and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to negotiation and closing
  • Develop customised proposals and solutions that clearly communicate value and ROI
  • Confidently handle objections and negotiate terms to secure deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account management, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success

What Were Looking For

We want someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for sales.

  • Minimum 2 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience using a CRM system (preferred but not essential)

  • £28,000 £34,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic OTE of £42,000£50,000+ (and beyond)
