We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Finance Coordinator / Accounts Assistantwith an understanding of sales / purchase ledger processes and financial reporting and previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
Working as a Finance Coordinator / Accounts Assistantyou will work closely with the management team, managing day-to-day financial processes including reconciliations, reporting, and system improvements.
As a Finance Coordinator / Accounts Assistantyou will also be required to contribute to wider finance-related initiatives and help ensure smooth, efficient operations across the board.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Finance Coordinator / Accounts Assistant will include:
Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and P&LManage invoicing, income requests, and conduct debtor reviewsAssist in the preparation of VAT returns and various financial reportsMaintain accurate bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage credit card transactionsContribute to budget and income reportingCollaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracyAssist in rolling out new projects with financial inputCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles – AAT / ILM Level 2 / NVQ 4 or equivalent in financial managementStrong knowledge of Xero or equivalentSolid Excel skills and familiarity with Office 365 tools (Word, Teams, SharePoint)Understanding of payroll processes and financial reportingHigh attention to detail and excellent time managementStrong communication and teamworking skillsDesirable:
