Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

You will act as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, smooth project execution, and long-term partnership success.

Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Build strong partnerships with customers to support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer meetings, both remotely and on-site, to review performance, discuss projects, and identify opportunities for growth. Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts while supporting wider business development activities. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support expansion strategies and drive new business opportunities. Lead pricing discussions, contract renewals, and proposal development to maximise revenue opportunities. Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to provide commercial insight and strategic recommendations. Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales activity, customer interactions, and project updates. Prepare regular account performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.

Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Supply Chain as a Service (SCaaS), or a related industry. Proven account management and business development experience, with a track record of growing customer relationships and revenue. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility and willingness to travel across England for customer meetings.
