About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic part‑time Fleet Co‑ordinator to support the Fleet Manager in managing SATCoL’s fleet of cars and commercial vehicles up to 3.5t, with a possibility of HGV in the future. Vehicles are used in all areas of the business so maintaining close working relationships with all divisions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day fleet operations and coordinate vehicle usage.• Support the Fleet Manager with scheduling, maintenance and compliance.• Liaise with internal teams to ensure vehicles are available for business needs.• Work two days per week for a 16‑hour contracted role (Thursday or Saturday, days to be agreed).
