Sales Manager – South (Bespoke Lighting Manufacturer) Location: Southern UK (Home‑based with travel) Package: base + bonus + car allowance (flexible for the right profile)

Role Overview A premium bespoke lighting manufacturer is expanding its UK commercial team and seeks a driven Sales Manager for the South . This role focuses on winning new projects, deepening relationships with architects, lighting designers, contractors, and end‑users, and driving specification‑led sales across the region.

You’ll be the face of the brand in the South — shaping the pipeline, influencing specifications, and securing high‑value custom lighting projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, and luxury residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities Drive new business across the Southern region, targeting architects, designers, contractors, and key specifiers Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring repeat business and long‑term partnerships Promote the company’s bespoke lighting solutions , advising on technical options, customisation, and project feasibility Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, specification, quoting, negotiation, and closing Work closely with internal design, engineering, and production teams to ensure accurate project delivery Represent the brand at industry events, design shows, and client presentations Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market insight to senior leadership I deal Candidate Profile Proven track record in lighting, architectural products, interiors, or design‑led manufacturing Strong network across architects, lighting designers, M&E consultants, and contractors Confident selling bespoke or technical solutions rather than catalogue products Commercially sharp with the ability to influence specifications and secure high‑value projects Self‑driven, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in the field Excellent communication and presentation skills Based in the South with easy access to key client hubs
