Community Analyst is the first stage of Harmonic’s career development programme. Building and owning a specialist candidate network Negotiation and commercial deal structuring Brand building and content creation within your niche
Performance is measured through clear, structured targets during training. Average time to first promotion: Training & Development Your first 12 weeks consist of a structured training programme covering: Commercial communication Market analysis Recruitment operations and compliance CRM and data integrity
Following this, you will receive ongoing coaching from a dedicated in-house development lead, alongside access to a comprehensive online learning platform.
