Title: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) Location: Hybrid, London (1-2 times a week) Role: Full Time, Permanent Sector: Behavioural Science & AI

My client is a growing consultancy operating at the intersection of behavioural science, innovation, and product development, helping organisations make smarter, evidence-based decisions.

They are now looking for a Business Development Executive focusing on Lead Generation to build and drive the top of the sales funnel, playing a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for researching target organisations, conducting outreach, and generating qualified meetings, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities into the pipeline. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll own early-stage engagement and help move prospects through to proposal stage.

Expand and maintain CRM data (e.g. Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone and other avenues Support pipeline reporting and performance tracking Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities each month
