To support this ambition, we are creating a new Sales Strategy team within Lockton Specialty, and we’re looking for a Sales Strategy Associate to help turn strategic intent into day‑to‑day execution.

The Role This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how growth is built inside a complex professional services business. You’ll work closely with senior Sales Strategy leaders and Specialty stakeholders to support the execution of growth initiatives across areas such as Energy, Construction and ProExec. Your focus will be practical and operational — helping strategy land where it matters.

You’ll be involved in: Supporting the development and execution of sales and growth strategies Market, sector and account analysis to identify priority opportunities Building target account lists and supporting origination activity Maintaining pipeline data, CRM reporting and sales intelligence Supporting go‑to‑market initiatives and sales campaigns Preparing materials for senior stakeholders and leadership discussions Tracking progress, metrics and outcomes against growth initiatives

Who We’re Looking For We are not looking for insurance experience. We are actively interested in candidates from: Consulting, professional services, financial services or advisory firms Commercial, strategy, business development or growth‑focused roles Graduate or early‑career backgrounds with strong analytical capability

You’ll likely bring: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Confidence working with data, numbers and insight Clear communication skills — written and verbal A proactive, detail‑oriented and organised approach Curiosity about how businesses grow and compete
