About the role

As a Maintenance bricklayer, you’ll deliver day-to-day repairs across our homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and right first time.Working in both occupied and void properties, you’ll carry out a range of tasks – from brickwork and external repairs to associated trades – using your skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.You’ll manage your own workload, meet agreed timescales, and work closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality and a customer-first approach.

You’ll bring

  • A recognised qualification in bricklaying (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) or proven hands-on experience across brickwork, blockwork, and general building repairs
  • Experience working in occupied homes or similar customer-focused environments, with a respectful and professional approach
  • Strong practical skills across a range of maintenance tasks, with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver effective, long-lasting repairs
  • A solid understanding of health and safety, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across locations as required

Working hours
