Pelsis Group is seeking a commercially driven and strategic UK Retail Channel Sales Manager to lead our retail and e-commerce channel performance across the UK.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and driving execution excellence across our retail portfolio. You’ll lead a talented sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to bring innovative products and customer strategies to life.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Lead Commercial Performance

• Deliver revenue and margin targets across the UK retail channel

• Drive effective pricing and promotional strategies

• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and take action

Own Key Customer Relationships

• Lead strategic partnerships with major UK retailers and e-commerce customers

• Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans • Negotiate annual agreements, range reviews, and promotional plans

Shape Channel Strategy

• Execute the UK retail channel plan

• Identify opportunities for growth through new listings, range expansion, and distribution gains

• Provide insight on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Forecast & Plan Effectively

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand plans

• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure availability and service levels

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Manage and coach the UK Retail sales team

• Build capability in account management, negotiation, and planning

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Collaborate Across the Business

• Work closely with Marketing, Portfolio, Finance, and Operations

• Support product launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives

• Align customer activity with business priorities

What You’ll Bring:

Essential

• Proven experience in sales leadership or national account management within retail or consumer sectors

• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial performance

• Experience leading and developing sales teams

• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong understanding of pricing, margin management, and promotions

• Highly organised with strong forecasting and planning capability

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment

Desirable

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer products

• Background working with UK retail and e-commerce customers

• Exposure to product launches, range reviews, and omnichannel retail environments
