CLIENT ADVISOR – MENSWEAR BRAND

Luxury Lifestyle brand – Luxury Department Store

Salary up to £36/£40k + Team Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience in line with luxury service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients.
  • Drive individual and team sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, with strong product knowledge across menswear collections.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, leading by example in service and sales excellence.
  • Maintain impeccable visual standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Advisor within luxury retail.
  • Strong sales performance with a solid menswear background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly client-centric approach.
  • Confident, polished, and professional presentation aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods as required.
