Their client services team of 12 needs a Senior Account Manager to step in and take real ownership of two to three medium sized accounts. You will lead marketing strategy, build meaningful client relationships and work alongside a talented mix of creative, data, digital and performance specialists to deliver work that actually moves the needle.
What you will be doing:
- Leading integrated marketing strategy across your portfolio of accounts
- Building and nurturing strong, long lasting client relationships at management level
- Collaborating with creative, performance, data and digital teams to deliver against briefs
- Proactively bringing ideas and spotting opportunities for both your clients and the agency
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the development of junior members of staff
What they are looking for:
- At least tree years of client relationship management experience, ideally in an integrated agency environment
- Confidence reporting on marketing performance and working alongside an analysis function Strong commercial awareness and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Someone who leads with warmth, thinks independently and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team
