About the role:
We’re looking for an epic leader of people and standards driven operator to join our team as an Operations Manager. You’ll be the driver of culture, leading your General Managers and bring to life our ‘bring the fun’ value. You’ll provide clear direction and motivational leadership, be responsible for your KPIs, especially sales and profit targets. Whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
