About Us:
Poubel is a jewellery brand built on detail, craft, and expression. We move fast, ship globally,
and care deeply about every touchpoint – from the moment a customer discovers us to the
moment their order lands at their door. This summer, we’re looking for a sharp operations intern to help us run the engine.
The Role:
You’ll sit at the centre of our operations, coordinating logistics, tracking inventory, and diving into the data that shapes how we price and compete. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. Expect to build and live in spreadsheets, manage multiple moving pieces at once, and communicate directly with partners and customers.
What You’ll Do:
– Maintain competitive research to help inform our positioning
– Monitor shipments and returns end-to-end
– Support ad hoc projects, including celebrity and PR gifting
You’re A Fit If You:
– Are currently enrolled in college and available for the summer
– Are extremely organised; you live by your to-do lists and nothing slips through the cracks
– Love a good spreadsheet and tracker
– Are analytical and comfortable drawing meaning from data
– Communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to follow up when you need answers
– Thrive in a fast-moving, small-team environment where you’ll wear multiple hats
