We are recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Director to join a growing, multi-site business.

This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and improve business performance
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and governance
• Partner with operational teams to drive performance across multiple sites
• Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and investment decisions
• Manage and develop the finance team

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Finance Director / Head of Finance)
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in multi-site environments preferred
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
• Strong understanding of financial controls and cash management
