Business Transformation | Organisational Change | Stakeholder Engagement
We’re currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation looking to strengthen its Change function with the appointment of an experienced Change Manager.
This role sits within a large-scale transformation environment and will focus on driving successful organisational change across multiple programmes and business-critical initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in helping the business embed new ways of working, improve adoption across teams, and ensure change is delivered in a structured, sustainable, and people-focused way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading change activity across complex transformation programmes
- Developing and delivering change plans across communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption
- Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and programme leadership
- Supporting organisations through process, technology, and operational change
- Driving engagement and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working
- Monitoring change effectiveness, adoption, and business impact
- Contributing to the development of change frameworks, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering organisational change within large enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting business transformation programmes
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Experience developing communications, readiness, and training strategies
- Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
- Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments is highly desirable
