- Salary starting from £55,000–£60,000
- 5 working days per week, 40 hours per week
- Night shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop the Sous Chefs and wider kitchen team through effective people management and training
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Monitor stock usage and maintain high standards for quality and presentation in line with fine dining expectations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld
About You
- Previous experience within prestigious high-end establishments, 5-star hotels, or private members’ clubs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional fine dining standards
