What’s on Offer

• Salary starting from £55,000–£60,000
• 5 working days per week, 40 hours per week
• Night shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the Sous Chefs and wider kitchen team through effective people management and training
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
• Monitor stock usage and maintain high standards for quality and presentation in line with fine dining expectations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld

About You

• Previous experience within prestigious high-end establishments, 5-star hotels, or private members’ clubs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional fine dining standards
