Location: West Midlands
Job Description:

  • Insights Manager | client-side role
  • Up to £46,000 + benefits
  • West Midlands | Hybrid

We are partnering with a global, market-leading brand looking for an Insights Manager to join their in-house team, and bring customer thinking, market intelligence and commercial sharpness to the heart of the business. This is a brilliant opportunity to move client-side and own projects end-to-end, turning research into real-world action across product, proposition and strategy.

You’ll be the person uncovering what customers really want, spotting the story in the data, and turning qual and quant insight into decisions that move the needle. From testing new propositions to refining product positioning, you’ll help shape what comes next — and make sure the voice of the customer is heard!

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading customer and market research projects from brief to boardroom.
  • Blending qualitative and quantitative methods to build a full picture.
  • Working with agencies, panels and insight tools to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Translating findings into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Supporting product development, proposition testing and positioning.
  • Tracking market shifts, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
  • Influencing stakeholders and embedding insight across the business.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in market research, agency or client-side.
  • Confidence running both qualitative and quantitative projects.
  • The ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A curious, commercially minded approach with real initiative.

This is a standout opportunity to join a business where insight has genuine impact, your voice will be heard, and your work will directly influence strategy.

Please apply for next steps. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and actively seek to embrace diversity across age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, and sex.

For successful applicants, a recruitment consultant will be in touch via email to schedule a briefing call. We will explain the role in more detail and share the company details before creating a formal application.

Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
