The successful candidate will be an accomplished salesperson with strong clienteling skills and a proven ability to cultivate, develop and retain high-value clients. They will naturally thrive in a relationship-led environment and understand the importance of personalised service, trust and long-term client development.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through highly personalised service

• Build, develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive clienteling initiatives

• Drive repeat business and develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele

• Demonstrate exceptional product storytelling with a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Confidently manage and close high-value transactions

• Support boutique standards, visual presentation and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within jewellery, watches or luxury fashion

• Strong clienteling and relationship-building experience

• Proven track record of achieving and closing significant sales

• Genuine passion for craftsmanship, artistry and luxury products

• Highly polished communication and presentation skills

• Commercially aware and target driven

• Passionate about delivering elevated service experiences
