This opportunity sits within a well-known branded FMCG business with strong retailer relationships and ambitious plans around shopper activation, ecommerce performance and retail media capability.

The role is focused on translating brand strategy into commercially effective shopper campaigns across major grocery customers, working across the full shopper journey from digital engagement and retail media through to in-store execution and ecommerce activation.

You’ll work closely with internal brand, category, sales and .com teams, alongside retailer media partners and agencies, helping shape campaigns that improve visibility, conversion and overall commercial performance.

The business is looking for someone who understands the realities of working with major retailers in a fast-paced FMCG environment and who can balance creativity with commercial thinking. The role would suit someone already operating within shopper marketing, customer marketing or retail media, particularly within branded consumer goods.
