Graduate Recruitment Consultant – What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build markets, develop client relationships and manage high-value recruitment processes within financial services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and finance professionals
• Headhunting high-level candidates for specialist roles
• Business development and winning new client relationships
• Researching financial markets and identifying hiring trends
• Networking with senior professionals across global markets
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Developing your own specialist market and personal brand

• Recent graduate or someone with sales/commercial experience
• Competitive, ambitious and financially motivated individuals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident speaking to high-level professionals
