The role
They’re looking for a Valuation Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their team in Leicester. You’ll carry out a range of valuations across residential and commercial property throughout the Midlands, with occasional travel beyond. Day to day you’ll be working independently and alongside the wider valuation team, reporting into experienced Valuation Directors.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out a range of valuations across residential and commercial property in the Midlands
- Conducting site inspections, measuring buildings and applying local market knowledge to your assessments
- Compiling property information and producing detailed, accurate valuation reports
- Reviewing occupational leases and assessing their impact on property value
- Supporting client relationship management alongside the Valuation Directors
Skills and experience
Essential
- MRICS qualified
- Strong knowledge of the Midlands property market across residential and/or commercial sectors
- Excellent report writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable
- Experience across both residential and commercial valuation
- Existing relationships with clients or lenders in the region
