Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Talent Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key delivery and support role across both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. In this role you will provide high-quality coordination, administration and operational support that enables effective hiring, onboarding and learning experiences across the business.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Create and publish job adverts across agreed channels, ensuring consistency in format, content and employer brand.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, including calendar management, interview logistics, candidate communications and feedback collation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across recruitment systems and shared files.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives, programmes and events.
  • Administer learning systems and platforms, including enrolments, removals and training record maintenance.
  • Support onboarding and induction activity, including coordination of On-boarding sessions (Welcome Days).
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance across recruitment and learning systems.
  • Support reporting requirements through maintenance of trackers and records.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a coordination, administration or support role within HR, particularly Talent Acquisition or L&D.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.
  • Comfortable working with HR, recruitment or learning systems.
  • Exposure to ATS or LMS platforms, ideally Dayforce, though other system skills are likely to be transferrable
  • Experience coordinating events or onboarding activity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation.
