Our office is flexible and made up of a lot of all-rounders. It’s an international, dynamic office—about 75% of our projects are in London, and we are also concept architects for some overseas projects. We do not pigeon-hole people doing repetitive work. The structure of the office is thus:

One principal. Three directors, The rest of the total 21 people are architects/job runners/Part 2’s. Each project also has a job runner that is dedicated to the job and runs it day to day, from beginning of the project to the end.  We do not have a conveyor belt of any sort, so that means one is truly aware of the issues from start to finish.

We work with Vectorworks in this office. But we certainly do not expect candidates to have used this. Most have come to us with AutoCAD background, but were able to transition very easily.
