Join us as a Senior Bid Consultant and you will be an integral part in the winning of new business within Korn Ferry.
You will take be a key team member focused on documenting and overseeing the proposal development process. You will gain a lot of exposure working closely with Korn Ferry Leaders and Managers across EMEA and will manage multiple resources and deal with complex business relationships in supporting the delivery of strong, creative, stand –out, winning proposals.
Within this role you will project manage a variety of complex bids developing realistic workplans across different work streams, identify and interact with all specialists across multiple departments such as Commercial, Legal, Marketing and get to know our business inside out.
Along with this, you will work alongside an experienced team in knowledge management/ information maintenance for all sales and bid-related information and grow your knowledge of our industry as well as growing your knowledge in creative bid writing/ document preparation and bid management.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Manage the bid process and deliver concurrent bids
- Identify resource identification across the globe through collaboration with numerous external stakeholders.
- Extract relevant and compelling content by working with Sales teams and other Stakeholders
- Influence senior leaders and possess the creative flare to ensure we are in a winning position with every tender process.
- Analyse and review information in order to identify whether it is relevant against the client’s requirements
- Hold overall responsibility in the preparation of RFP documentation
- Be able to tell a story and bring a client on a journe
- Gain a thorough and complete understanding of Korn Ferry’s entire portfolio and provide recommendations on our solutions.

- Excellent MS Office Skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Ideally -Experience within the Recruitment / RPO sector, ideally project managing and preparing complex bid proposals
