Role Overview:

We’re looking for a visionary Operational and Customer Services leader to lead the Employer Administration and Client Banking business area. Shaping the strategic direction for multiple operational teams, whilst ensuring operational excellence of a function critical to customer outcomes and organisational reputation.

  • Provide operational leadership within Financial Services including end to end or back-office processes / customer journey. Ideally within Pensions but we are open to exceptional leaders from wider financial services.
  • With multiple teams totalling c.70FTE, setting clear expectations and empowering teams to deliver high-quality Employer Administration and Client Banking and payroll operations.
  • This role is pivotal in driving innovation through AI and automation, enabling scalable, efficient, and future-ready operations

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in leadership of financial services, pensions, or banking operations
  • Inspirational people leader with a passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including Consumer Duty, Taxation, and Insolvency
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering transformational change.
