Compliance Manager – Cladding Remediation / Building Safety

Hybrid Working (3 – 4 days office / 1 – 2 days home)
£60,000 – £75,000 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in re-cladding, facade remediation, or building safety projects.
This is a key role focused on leading compliance and regulatory strategy across multiple remediation schemes, ensuring all projects align with current UK Building Regulations and Building Safety legislation.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading compliance across cladding remediation and façade projects
- Ensuring adherence to current UK Building Regulations and Building Safety requirements
- Managing and delivering Gateway submissions to the Building Safety Regulator
- Liaising with regulators, clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams
- Creating and overseeing compliance documentation, approvals, and regulatory processes
- Supporting project teams with regulatory interpretation and best practice guidance
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety legislation
- Proven experience within:
- re-cladding
- façade remediation
- building safety
- construction compliance environments
- Confidence working with regulators, technical teams, and clients
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to compliance management
- A genuine interest in improving building safety standards across the sector
Requirements
Re-cladding / facade remediation experience is essential for this role.
