Project Manager

Transformation Project Manager – 12 month FTC, c£60k, Hybrid, Staffordshire

We are currently partnered with a very well-known retail/hospitality brand un the UK. They are going through a large transformation, and recruiting on a variety of roles – including 3 x Project Managers.

They are looking for PMs who have strong experience working across large-scale programmes, and have worked across the full lifecycle, demonstrating end-to-end delivery. It will be working across different elements of digital transformation with 2 of the roles focusing on Marketing Technology, and the other on Mobile App/Websites.

The role is based in Staffordshire, and is 2 days per week on-site.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Worked within a large-scale digital transformation
• Background within hospitality or retail (not essential but preferred)
• Good stakeholder management, working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Has worked with 3rd party suppliers in previous roles

What you will be doing:

• Lead projects through each stage of the project lifecycle, securing approvals from the project board where needed
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and capture these clearly in project documentation
• Build and agree business cases using straightforward cost/benefit analysis
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand requirements, define business needs, and deliver the right outcomes
• Create clear project plans and coordinate the activities needed to successfully deliver project goals
