Working closely with the Quality and Operations teams, the successful candidate will support quality assurance processes while also carrying out a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Quality team with daily QA activities
- Maintaining quality records and documentation accurately
- Assisting with internal audits and compliance processes
- Investigating and logging non-conformance issues
- Liaising with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Updating reports, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- General administration duties including filing, data entry, and document control
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or production support role advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and progress
