Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conveyancer located in Cramlington. The person will work closely with clients to provide expert property law advice, prepare legal documents, and assist in reviewing and negotiating leases and contracts. The role involves clear interpretation of legal issues, compliance with current regulations, and delivering outstanding client support through various communication channels. The Specialist will collaborate with team members, agents, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes for a variety of cases, ranging from first-time buyers to commercial property matters.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Conveyancing
- Proficiency in all aspects of buying and selling a residential property
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders effectively
- Organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Familiarity with property law, contracts, and compliance regulations
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-centered approach in delivering exceptional quality service
- Qualified solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or similar preffered but paid training available for the right candidate
- Must be a team player and able to fit into a tight knit existing team
