The Opportunity
A distinguished high-net-worth family residing in the heart of London is seeking an experienced and discreet full time housekeeper to join their fast paced 4 storey stunning private family home in Mayfair.
The Job
Completing 4 years at their private residence, their current housekeeper is migrating abroad. As a family housekeeper you will be responsible for performing general daily cleaning including: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and carrying out deep cleaning during periods when the family is away. Regularly inspect all areas of the house throughout the day to maintain high presentation standards, oversee all laundry duties, including washing and ironing with careful attention to detail to delicate and luxury fabrics. Care and cleaning of antiques and silverware, management of wardrobe organisation and maintenance, and to provide guidance/training to temporary, part time and weekend housekeeping staff.
This role requires a proactive, discreet, and trustworthy professional with excellent attention to detail, someone who can adapt and has the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider household team.
The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience in private households or similar roles.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm
