We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a critical engine for our expansion. This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract where you will

identify, engage, and onboard the next wave of high-potential UK sellers, while supporting

their GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth on the platform in close collaboration with

cross-functional teams.

This role will focus on onboarding and incubating sellers for TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multichannel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify highpotential seller-partners

• Operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on outbound sales activity, seller acquisition, and rapid GMV growth.

• Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them.

• Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifyi

ng the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.

• Support end-toend seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers. Including merchant navigation through their growth on the platform.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3-6 months period.

• Understand the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry.

Minimum requirements:

• Proven B2B Sales Acumen: Of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.

• Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English,both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations.

• SelfDriven & Organised: Demonstrated strong time management, organisational skills,

and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.

• Contract Commitment: Availability for a 6-12 month fixed term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results.

Preferred skills/qualifications:

• eCommerce experience : previous direct experience within a highgrowth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage

• Startup passion: Experience operating effectively within a hyperscaling, fluid, or startup-like environment.

• Previous experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale, marketplace, or eCommerce environments would be advantageous, but not essential.

Work Location:

• Fully remote (however, it will require occasional in-person meetings – we value in person time for planning, problem solving and connecting, preferably living within commuting distance of London)

Contract Type:

• 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential opportunity for extension based on

business needs and performance
