My client is a 7yrs old accounting technology provider with a competitive AR / AP platform for SME through to Enterprise clients across UK & Globally.
After successfully hitting profitability in 2024, they have expanded to Europe & America and invested back into their tech and product to create a market leading solution suited to all business sizes / types.
Due to building their own bespoke technology solution, they have a fantastic engineering team continually developing new products & customer journeys to keep up with market demand & 2026 is an exciting time with launch of lending & cashflow management.
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to work closely with CEO & Head of Sales on GTM strategy, increasing ARR, acquisition of new logo & build out of current clients with the new products we are launching.

Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end sales process-from initial cold outreach and stakeholder alignment to complex contract negotiation and closing
- Land & Expand Execution: Once an account is won, you will lead the retention and expansion strategy, identifying opportunities to scale revenue through deeper ecosystem integration
- Provide market mapping & opportunity to SLT: Gauge a clear understanding of market, target audiences & work with internal teams to build ABM and product strategies which align
- Market feedback: Understand how competitive our product is in the market and enable a customer feedback loop with produce to ensure we are always enhancing to meet demand
- Brand ambassador: Representing our brand at industry events, being thought leader & creative in how we spread awareness
Experience:
- 5 + yrs experience selling an accounting tech solution into SME – Enterprise businesses
- Ownership of end to end sales strategy
- Confident working with internal stakeholders to create the best sales cycle in the market
- Proven success in increasing ARR in current customers
