Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management Consultant based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. The CRM Consultant will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business processes, provide insights, and recommend Salesforce.com solutions that drive efficiency and customer engagement. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, customizing CRM systems, supporting sales initiatives, and optimizing business processes to align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience in Business Process analysis and optimization
- Expertise in Sales and Consulting to support client engagements and drive business value
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including custom configurations and user management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in Salesforce or related CRM platforms are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
