The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Director of Operations who will serve as the operational right hand to the CEO. This individual will play a critical role in analysis of business operations, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, implementing scalable improvements in work processes, and leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to drive productivity, efficiency and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess workflows, deliverables and outcomes across company operations to identify gaps and implement actionable process improvements.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve team productivity.
- Partner with department heads to implement improvements in processes, organization, tools, metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems for the CEO and leadership team.
- Lead enterprise-wide operational initiatives with strong follow-through and execution discipline.
- Assist the CEO in expanding the company operations in new markets
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in technology and business operations
- 8+ years of management experience, including management of teams more than 20 people
- Strong experience in design and implementation of scalable processes, workflows, and playbooks, including through automation and AI tools
- Strong experience with business analytics including dashboard creation, KPI development and performance reporting
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and providing strategic operational insights
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience in fast-growing, international organizations
