On behalf of an exceptionally exciting creative content agency, we are seeking a commercially driven Executive Producer to help grow a this immersive and experiential production studio. This senior role combines business development, client leadership and executive production, driving new opportunities while overseeing the successful delivery of ambitious experiential and digital content projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network across brands, agencies, entertainment, culture or live events, alongside a deep understanding of immersive storytelling, large-scale content production and emerging technologies. You will be equally comfortable leading pitches, building strategic client relationships and steering complex productions from concept through to execution.
Working closely with leadership, creative and technical teams, you will play a key role in shaping the studio’s commercial growth and positioning within the immersive experiences market.
The Role
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across experiential, entertainment, cultural, luxury, sport and brand sectors. Build long-term relationships with agencies, brands and direct clients, lead outbound business development activity, respond to RFPs and oversee proposal development and contract negotiation.
Client Leadership & Strategic Partnerships
Act as a senior client-facing lead, building trusted relationships with stakeholders from pitch through delivery. Understand client objectives and translate them into commercially viable creative solutions and long-term partnerships.
Executive Production Oversight
Oversee the development and delivery of immersive and experiential projects including large-format media, interactive installations, projection mapping, real-time content, XR, spatial experiences and live event activations. Collaborate with creative, technical and production teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest creative and operational standards.
Commercial & Financial Management
Own project commercials from initial scoping through final reconciliation. Work with production and finance teams to develop accurate budgets, maintain profitability, manage schedules and identify operational efficiencies and commercial opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor producers, freelancers and cross-disciplinary teams across creative, technical and operational departments. Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture within fast-paced production environments.
Market Awareness & Industry Positioning
Maintain a strong understanding of trends across immersive technology, experiential marketing, gaming, virtual production, AI, spatial computing and live entertainment. Contribute strategic insight and innovative thinking that keeps the studio at the forefront of immersive storytelling and audience engagement.
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience in a senior production, executive production or business development role within experiential, immersive, digital content or live events
- Strong commercial instincts with a track record of winning and growing client accounts
- Existing network across agencies, brands, entertainment, cultural or live events sectors
- Experience delivering large-scale experiential or immersive productions
- Strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting and client management
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, multidisciplinary creative environments
- Knowledge of immersive technologies, real-time workflows, XR, interactive media or spatial experiences is highly desirable
