Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Industry: Financial Services and Back Office Solutions to Staffing Companies
Location: Fully Remote (Ideally based in London or Home Counties)
Salary: £50K – £62K Basic plus Commissions allowing total earnings of £75K-80K.
My client, a global financial services and back office solutions provider is looking for a commercially driven Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale a high performance lead generation function from the ground up.
This is not a traditional brand marketing position. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who wants direct ownership of pipeline creation, campaign execution, and measurable commercial impact.
You will work directly with senior leadership and take responsibility for building a scalable demand generation engine across outbound, content, social, automation, and events. The right person will be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution level, with the ability to move quickly, test ideas aggressively, and make decisions based on performance data.
The environment suits someone who thrives in high accountability settings where outcomes matter more than hierarchy or process.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Building and launching multi-channel lead generation campaigns
• Creating highly targeted audience and prospect segments
• Owning nurture flows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting inside HubSpot
• Writing high-converting campaign and lifecycle copy
• Driving pipeline growth through outbound, content, webinars, LinkedIn activity, and events
• Analysing funnel performance, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness
• Working closely with leadership and sales to align marketing activity to revenue goals
What my client is looking for:
• 3 to 7 years of B2B growth, demand generation, or pipeline marketing experience
• Proven experience building campaigns from scratch and owning results end-to-end
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion performance
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern outbound tooling
• Confidence working independently in fast-moving environments
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• A bias toward execution, experimentation, and continuous optimisation
This opportunity is ideal for someone who sees marketing as a revenue function, not a support function.
