As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will own a portfolio of C-suite relationships, acting as a trusted partner and delivering a highly personalised, insight-led experience.
This is a commercially aware, high-impact role combining relationship leadership, engagement delivery, and growth across your client portfolio. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, building scalable approaches while maintaining a high-touch service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with senior executives in PE-backed businesses.
- Deliver tailored engagement plans that drive value, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing member engagement activity.
- Curate access to events, peer groups, and senior advisors.
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Run structured check-ins and strategic reviews.
- Contribute to improving scalable processes and client experience.

- Experience in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders (e.g. PE, consulting, search, expert networks)
- Strong commercial understanding and relationship management skills.
- Credible communicator, confident at C-suite level.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments.
