We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager with experience delivering premium workplace projects, to join a top London agency.
As the link between client, contractor and internal teams, you will play a key role in creating bespoke spaces with projects varying in scale from minor aesthetic upgrades to end-to-end delivery of full scale office fit outs. Whatever the requirement, the quality of your work will always need to be of the highest standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in commercial office or workplace projects (client, consultancy, or contractor side) across all RIBA stages.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, fire safety, Building Regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple live projects within fast-paced, occupied environments. Including: defining procurement strategies, managing budgets, and driving cost-effective solutions
- Excellent communication
- 3+ years’ experience, relevant degree (or equivalent)
- Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) or working towards – highly desirable.
