Key Responsibilities

  • Working on conveyancing files from opening through to post-completion
  • Preparing Land Registry forms, transfer deeds, reports and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, lenders and external parties
  • Handling property searches (local authority, Land Registry, etc.)
  • Providing essential administrative and secretarial support to 2–3 fee earners

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or property support professional
  • Ability to use LEAP and InfoTrack without full training
  • A good understanding of conveyancing processes
  • Someone reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck into day-to-day work
  • A candidate seeking long-term stability rather than short-term progression rotations
  • Comfortable being office-based most days (limited hybrid possible)
