Head of Data Engineering | Deep Tech Scale-Up
A rapidly scaling, venture-backed deep tech company is hiring a Head of Data to lead one of its most business-critical functions.
This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with responsibility for scaling a modern data platform, growing a high-performing team, and driving data innovation across the company.
Must haves:
• Senior level experience in Data Engineering
• Leadership experience within high growth technology environments
• Strong programming skills (Python preference)
• Experience building and scaling data pipelines and platforms
• Familiarity with DBT, Terraform, and cloud-native data infrastructure
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and data products
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
