We’re working with a global luxury brand looking for a Customer Operations Project Manager to support the delivery of CRM and customer marketing campaigns across email, lifecycle and digital channels.
This is a contract role running until the end of July, sitting at the centre of Customer Marketing, Creative and external production teams, making sure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. You’ll be the operational glue across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, workflows, stakeholders and production partners while helping shape smarter ways of working.
The role will focus heavily on email marketing operations, campaign delivery and lifecycle communications, alongside supporting the transition to external production support and helping build scalable processes across the wider team.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing the day-to-day delivery of CRM, email marketing and customer campaigns across multiple channels
• Coordinating briefs, timelines, approvals and dependencies across marketing, creative, CRM and tech teams
• Working closely with external production and email agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Supporting campaign setup and delivery across customer journeys and lifecycle communications
• Partnering with Martech, Digital and Technical PMs to keep projects aligned and moving forward
• Monitoring workload, resource and delivery risks across multiple concurrent projects
• Improving operational workflows, documentation and campaign processes across the team
• Helping drive consistency, collaboration and production excellence across customer marketing operations
What they’re looking for:
• Proven project management experience within CRM, email marketing or digital marketing environments
• Strong understanding of campaign production workflows and content delivery pipelines
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Confident communicator who can bring structure and clarity to complex projects
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Calm under pressure and comfortable working across changing priorities
• Experience with Asana would be a bonus
