Commercial Change Manager

ISS are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Commercial Change Manager to join the DWP contract team in a highly visible, client-facing position.
This role will take ownership of change governance across the DWP portfolio, ensuring operational, commercial, financial, IT, and contractual impacts are effectively assessed, approved, and implemented across multiple workstreams.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Key Account Portfolio Director, operational teams, and the DWP client, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving complex business change within one of ISS’ most strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning and improving the DWP Change Management Framework and Change Advisory Board processes
• Leading early warning, risk escalation, and change event processes across the account
• Coordinating cross-functional business change activity across commercial, finance, IT, and operational teams
• Managing stakeholder engagement across internal teams, subcontractors, and the DWP client
• Delivering governance, reporting, continuous improvement, and lessons learned activity
• Supporting mobilisation, transition, integration, and service delivery improvements across the account
• Driving accountability and ensuring all changes are implemented effectively across the service offering
We are looking for candidates with:
• Strong experience in change management, mobilisation, or transition within Facilities Management
• Proven experience in commercial and client-facing environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at senior levels
• Strong commercial, operational, and financial awareness
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading change across cross-functional teams and service environments
