Ad Operations Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover – from August)
We’re looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join a great team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is responsible for managing and owning all advertising traffic operations across 31 digital publications, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign trafficking across 31 publications
- Set up, monitor, optimise, and report on digital advertising campaigns
- Work closely with sales, editorial, and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and maintain high operational standards
- Support inventory management and campaign performance tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ad operations or campaign management
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
