Tandem Interim is a high-growth specialist recruitment firm focused on delivering top-tier contract talent across consultancy, financial services, and technology markets. As we expand our GCC presence, we’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven contract recruiters.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, revenue-focused 360 contract recruitment role with full ownership of your desk. You’ll be responsible for both delivery and business development – winning new clients, managing relationships, and placing high-quality contractors across the GCC.

This is an opportunity to build a profitable contractor book, develop long-term client partnerships, and significantly increase your earnings through a strong commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, onboarding, and follow-up)
  • Drive business development: identify, approach, and win new clients while growing existing accounts
  • Confidently negotiate rates and contract terms, advising clients on market conditions and GCC hiring practices
  • Build and scale your own contractor desk and revenue pipeline
  • Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and PSL opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ensure proper account handover and documentation
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

  • 1–3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment
  • Proven exposure to contract recruitment (placements or strong process knowledge)
  • Experience working with or targeting consultancies, financial services, or professional services clients
  • Strong commercial mindset with evidence of business development, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Understanding of GCC visa/hiring processes, or transferable knowledge from European markets
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing and sales skills
  • Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by commission and performance
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Existing client network in the GCC or within consultancies/financial institutions
  • Experience recruiting in tech verticals (e.g., data, AI, cyber, transformation)
  • Track record of building a consistent contract revenue stream
