Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the establishment, optimization and improvement of the overseas service system, with a focus on service preparation for new server products, technical support, and the construction of spare parts supply chain system and related processes.
  2. Take charge of service operation management, organize and fulfill service docking, implementation & delivery, and after-sales repair service management. Monitor service quality objectives such as customer satisfaction rate and SLA compliance rate.
  3. Optimize service support strategies in line with market development strategies and frontline sales requirements, and promote the planning and execution of key projects.
  4. Be in charge of the team building and personnel management of the service team, formulate and optimize business processes related to overseas operations.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing overseas service teams.
  3. Technical Skills:Familiar with local IT product service policies and market environment; possess professional knowledge of enterprise-class IT products and technologies such as servers; well-versed in technical support models and general business processes of enterprise-class IT products.
  4. Knowledge: Have overseas working experience, Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, with a certain understanding of local culture, and equipped with excellent communication & coordination skills as well as strong analytical and judgment capabilities
