What You’ll Be Doing
Launch and lead a new contentious probate department from the ground up.Handle complex and high-value probate disputes, many with international dimensions.Play a key role in business development, bringing in new work and growing a client base.Use advanced legal tech and case management systems—no secretarial support required.Collaborate with a progressive, agile team of private client specialists. What We’re Looking For
8+ years’ PQE in contentious probate (Solicitor or Legal Executive).Proven experience with high-value, cross-border probate disputes.A strategic mindset and enthusiasm for business development.Existing client relationships or a strong network within the field.Leadership experience and the ability to mentor a growing team.Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, agile environment.
