  • What You’ll Be Doing

  • Launch and lead a new contentious probate department from the ground up.
  • Handle complex and high-value probate disputes, many with international dimensions.
  • Play a key role in business development, bringing in new work and growing a client base.
  • Use advanced legal tech and case management systems—no secretarial support required.
  • Collaborate with a progressive, agile team of private client specialists.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ PQE in contentious probate (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
  • Proven experience with high-value, cross-border probate disputes.
  • A strategic mindset and enthusiasm for business development.
  • Existing client relationships or a strong network within the field.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor a growing team.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, agile environment.
