Job Description:Managing a diverse caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, real property litigation, and contractual disagreements with a high degree of autonomy. Delivering clear, strategic legal advice on a range of civil and property-related disputes. Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and supporting court documentation. Collaborating with courts, barristers, expert witnesses, and external professionals, instructing counsel where appropriate. Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Mentoring and supervising junior colleagues, including trainees, paralegals, and support staff, to promote learning and professional development. Taking an active role in business development and networking activities to expand the firm’s litigation offering. A qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in civil litigation. Significant experience handling a broad litigation caseload, with strong expertise in landlord and tenant law, real property disputes, and commercial litigation. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. A strong team player with a confident and collaborative approach. Proven ability to supervise and develop junior legal staff. Effective time-management and organisational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong client care and communication skills, with a commercial and strategic mindset. Familiarity with case management systems and modern legal technology.
