General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager that can support on the business Operations & Performance as a whole to lead and optimise our organisational processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing overall performance to ensure the company’s objectives are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, supervisory experience, and a comprehensive understanding of management principles to foster a productive and innovative work environment. Salary dependant on applicant up to 28k + bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to streamline business activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure efficient utilisation of company assets.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish business strategies and support decision-making processes.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards across all departments.
